You can cut off the back 1/2 of the rear end cover. Look under it and leave the sliding linkage for shifting. Replace with a 1/4" sheet with risers for the bull gears. The steering column can be replaced with tubing and a pipe with 2 beargings 10" apart to hold streeing wheel.

Still got that super heavy front bolster under the front? If rules allow, remove it and build a tube wide front end with rack and pinion steering. There is 250# loss in that area. I dont know if Utility, or industrial rear axles fit the row crop rear end housing, but maybe if they did, they would be like the W6 axles on a M to lose a little weight. Light weight seat, if your using the stock front weight bracket, build a custom bracket for the front, put the battery out there if rules allow. Aluminum hood, weld on hubs, Custom air cleaner if your still using the stock oil bath air cleaner, The gas tank in those are pretty heavy, maybe a small tank somewhere. is it a big axle 460 or small axle? Hope this helps, ChadS
