HOW FAR ARE THESE GUYS STOKING THERE MM U'S WE STROKED OURS .160 AND THEY SAID THATS ALL IT COULD GO W/OUT WELDING IT ANY COMMENTS PLEASE.

getting it right includes no water leaks no compression leaks and something that is repairable. (replaceable sleeve) not to many people who do it this way

How big can you go with 4and 5/8 bore jug? 5"or 5.25 ect how far can you go safely..... Makes me real curiouse and what do you mean by doing it right please explain Thanks Turbine Dude

Going to 7.5 on stroke, and 5.75 on bore . I think 6 is doable.I have some new block casting that will work if anyone is interested. Glenn

Mines 7.5" Merfield in Iowa did it for $800. A friend has got 7.75 and 8" is possible.

We stroke ours to 7 inch cost about 650 dollars. its the bore that tends to get expensive if you can find someone to do it right.

You can drop a G crank in it,(6") Some guys stroke that to over 7",(not cheap)
