They are nice weights because of there size, but because of there small hook they fall off easy. Use the one inch hole in the weight and weld tabs with one inch holes on to your weight brackets an slide a one inch rod through it all and they will stay locked on. I had a first place by a foot and thought I let the front end down easy, but just hard enough to bounce one weight off before I did the above.

I just bought 20 100lb. IH original suitcase weights at $ .80 cents a lb. That was pretty good. I have seen them go for a $1.00 lb. for 100lb. original IH suitcase weights around here in Pa.

I would say I probably paid around 50 cents a pound for my 75 lbs and 100 lbs IH weights. These are just the IH weights in shape, and I have paid a little more for the IH weights that have the logo on them. Better deals come along and there are deals that are worse also.
But, like it was said earlier, the way they hook on is most important.

I have always seen suitcase wieghts go for $1/pound. You may get a better price with a private sale and/ or buying a whole stack. There's deals out there to be found.

I don't know how the "shape" of the type of weight you are looking at compares to a more common weight, such as a IH or JD 100# suitcase weight. I've seen IH weights go from $20-50 for a 100#. I've never even seen a Belarus weight. If they wouldn't fit on the same bracket as the more common weights, I would think that they would have to be EXTREMELY cheap to even consider them.
