Bolts right up at the bellhousing - M through 1466 all have the same pattern.(not all but most). You'll need to adapt the flywheel (I recommend having a custom steel one made) that has the bolt pattern of the 466 crank and the ring gear of a 560. You'll need to figure the "depth" of the flywheel so that the ring gear ends up where it is supposed to on a 560. Assuming the starter from an 806D, etc. fits in the spot, it should bolt into the 3-bolt starter hole and turn over good. Everything else from there takes a lot of time, but mostly just figuring out how to make it functional - throttle linkage, side rails, steering, etc.

good luck.

I have seen a IH 360 put into a 560, they had to widen the frame. This weekend I saw a 560 with a 354 Perkins installed, it fit real nice and I am sure it eliminated all the problems the IH 282dsl. is plagued with!

if you use a front engine cover off a truck you don't have to widen them.

I have seen 2 or 3. Looked pretty much like a bolt-in. I'm sure there was more to it than that. Contact Bobby Hinton from Lewisport, Ky. He did the one's I saw and has advised on some others.
