I was wondering if there was any way on a Farmall SC to increase the RPMs? Pull doesn"t do any checks on tractors and would like a few more RPM out of the tractor, have never tried to pull it before but would like to see what it does. Any ideas what else to do? Also have a stock Farmall M that we pull at the fairs with. Have seen before about a different head that can be put on them to increase HP. Anybody know how much HP can be gained by this head? Also anybody have one for sale or how much are they worth? What head number am I looking for? Thanks for any help Terry

Thanks for the head number. I might be interested in a head but am in Canada and would think shipping might be as much as the head. Maybe you could drop me an email and see if we can work something out. Terry

Have you tried to turn the bolt on the top of the Governor out a few turns and if you have you can put a gov spring out of a 230 or one for the C-153 combine engine. This is the IH part number 369686R2.

Will give that a try and see what happens. Am not all that familer with the govenors on the small tractors as I am with the larger letter tractors. Thanks Terry
