I pull in east-central Minnesota and western wisconsin. I've been pulling in the farmstock 7000. My tractor is about 6900lbs with me on it, and at the last pull, there was a 200 lb grace on the weight classes, so I put two 80lb suitcase weights on a rack I made for the drawbar. My tires are 16.9x38's with some fluid (not sure how much) what pressure should I run them at?

If you could remove the fluid from the tires,it would allow more movable weight but keep in mind you would have to have room on your weight brkt or make another one.We pull with a 20 inch hitch. and as a base line I put 60%on front and 40% on the rear on a good track.on a poor hooking track it may be only 10% on the front and 90% on the rear.I run any where fom 11lbs of air to 8lbs.

I pull a 460(similar to a 560) which weighs 4750 with me on it.I don't have any tricks but have learned tires, air pressure and weight balance are of most importance.Where do you pull and what weight class?
