I've heard guys talk about installing the M-450 cam one or two teeth advanced. What purpose does this serve? Does it only help highly modified engines, or can a stock engine gain a few hp from this as well? Thanks.

USE AN OFF-SETT KEY WAY INSTEAD !! NEVER EVER
JUMP TEETH TO MUCH ADVANCE OR RETARD !! A GOOD CAM GRIND WOULD WORK MUCH BETTER STRAIGHT UP

And offset key would work better , but ya need to degree the cam for best results.

THE DRAG STTRIP GUYS HAVEBEEN ADVANCING RADICAL CAMS FOR YEARS TO GAIN LOWEND.WILL 2 TO4 DEGREES IMPROVE BOTTOM END LUG ON STOCK CAM NEAR STOCK TRACTOR?WHAT IS THE DOWNSIDE?
