I outpulled a bunch of people last year in stock, so the official are checking my tractor this year. All of the other guys are building their engines but I can't. Any suggestions for extra power and traction? Any tricks for gas? I heard if you cool it it will fire better? Wheels pulled out or in close? loose clay is what I am pulling on.

Cool air and fuel mixture is more dense so you can pack more into the cylinder. If you can make your intake charge stay cool you will get a little more power. No suggestions on how to do that, hope you figure it out. Good luck, Fireman

what is your ignition set up? the high voltage systems? head work? do you need more torque?Iwould look at head polishing and porting ,maybe give Motec a call to work the carb. and a hot coil. for stock type classes.

I was just wondering the same thing as to whether a "cool can" will give you much more horsepower.
