how light can you get an early 4020 with 20.8 tires on pressed steel, keeping the factory wide front but getting rid of the hitch, hyd, fuel tank, etc.

Don't know if this will help much, but I have a 4010 diesel with narrow roll-o-matic front, 20.8's on pressed steel, minus the rock shaft and 3 point arms and hydraulics and she weighs in at 6380 lbs.. A 4020 is about a 100-200 lbs. heavier than a 4010, if you add the extra weight of the wide front your probably in the vicinity of 6800-7000 lbs.. You can always run it down to the scales at your local elevator and you'll know for sure. They are a fun tractor to pull with! Good Luck.
