3-3/4 pistons are sold by "Volbrachs" no sleeves,, makes 188ci. 350 IH sleeve and piston kit,,, 175 ci, 3-5/8 bore. Bout anyone has those kits, only thing is having the sleeve flange on the 350 sleeve,, cut down to the H flange specs. Borethe block and drop em in after that. Musay have a 350 cam, 8043 gas H head, shaved, or a 8043DD Super H head, or 350 gas head, 350 intake and carb. With the right combo, 50+ hp. CHAD

To turn the flange down:
you need a lathe, you need a plug that fits the bore of the sleeve to help the lathe hold the sleeve inthe chuck, use the piston, towards the jaws of the chuck so it dont collapse the sleeve in the jaws.use a carbide bit to cut the flange, its pretty hard, but can be done with patience. Best to have some extras to practice on before the finished product. Just measure the flange in the H block to get the specs,,,,, Just remember,,,PRACTICE & PATIENCE!!! It use to take me 6 sleeves to do 4,, now I got it down to the first try. ChadS
