I found one of them there fancy testers and where to get em. they hook up in the spark plug hole, dont have to disconnect the push rods, its supposed to measure the volume of a cyl by how much air the cyl pumps into the guage puts it into a measurable reading,,, Im passing the info onto Terry,,,, so he will be in touch. Yeah, but it seems like it is going to be a fuss either way with a diesel because its either pull an injector or drop the oil pan. Seems to me that a class that has rules on displacement (650c.i. for instance) should have a practical way of inspecting an engine, or it shouldnt be a rule.

you can get one at local round n round track or drag strip .while youre there you may want to check into a digitron meter it will tell if anybodies adding juice to there fuel by the specific gravity of the fuel mixture .propylene oxide make one go nitro make one lug better than any stroker crank and then hydrazine well its band by the nhra for what it will do.

Theyt arent hard to find. A regional Michigan touring group, SOD, (Sprints On Dirt) has a few. A person can probably get one through them.
I dont know if they would work for a diesel.

Besides, you know what kind of fuss its gonna make to go and disconnect a diesel line, bent it back, pull an injector..etc..
