If you are pulling in a 10 MPH class would you prefer radial tires or bias tires and why?
Thanks for any advice out there.

It doesn't really matter what tire you run. If the moisture is high for the day it will be different versus the next day. Bias good one day suck the next etc.

Make sure rules allow radials

The rules allow radials and also cut tires for this class. Someone told me radials would be better at the higher MPH level.

I pull 16-17 mph with road worn bias plies, no problem. I would be more concerned with the shape of the lugs and air pressure. A newer set of radials may be softer and wrinkle easier. Other than that, I don't see the benefit.
