What is the best brand of high compression, over size bore piston and sleeve set to get the most HP out of a 45 H?

The best is the 350 firecraters, but, you have to bore the block to get the sleeves to fit,,, 3-7/16 overbore is all thats available for drop in kits, but,, there is a kit outhere that uses the same piston domes that the new 450 piston kits. They have a double hump dome that is taller and better than most of the half moon shaped traditional style domes. The 450 pistons are made by confortmatic, red power pistons may be the same too. Only other option would be to run no sleeves, and a set from a 300 C-169 which is 3-9/16 bore,, if those are available still, they have a few different domes shapes,, including firecraters. Id have to double check the H block bore with no sleeves to see if they will drop in,,, but Im thinking that they might. Some were 3.5 with no sleeves,, some were 3-9/16,,, Now if they are 3.5,, look at Super H pistons,,,, Chad

They are whats typically sold in new aftermarket kits, red power is the same design too. You will see them alot more common in the SM-450 kits,,, but have seen em made for the H's too. Chad
