I just built a super M with Dennys 4.125 piston kit and 450 lp head, manifold and cam. Will I have to run high octane fuel and how much HP should it have? Thanks WC

I had the cam out of the super M ground at a local machine shop for a little more lift.I was told that the cam from a super M and 450lp were the same.

I'd want 100 octane with that kind of compression. Oughta be good for 60-65 horses. Should make a nice motor.
