I got a 300 head for my H, Question is can I have it ported & polished without any danger of grinding through the walls?? And what about having it planned, I have heard 100 ths or more, need some info thanks...

Port it just enough to clean it up. Take .050 off and measure how much is left over. You can port them pretty big, but if you have a stock engine, it will hurt you more than good. Chad
