JAILBIRD I use a 3/16 diameter rod 6in long. Thread one end so you can put a nut on it. Put the rod in the main nozzle from the bowl nut side. Put the nut on the rod when it sticks through the venturi side with needle nose plier. Now you are all set.Put the end of the rod in a vise about a 1/4gap between the vise and the threaded part that holds the bowl on.Take atorch and heat the carb body around the nozzle area. With two big screwdrivers in the gap you should be able to pop the nozzle out.I use differnt size rods for smaller nozzles. I have threaded both ends of the rod and used a nut on both ends. It has never failed me yet.Soak the carb in caustic, hot tank compound first. EARL Mahomet Illinois

Jailbird, SEamo does all of my carb work and I'm real happy with the way it performs. Scott
