Is the 700/800 case legal in div.3 natpa? There are a few that were built in 57 and Case has the build sheets to prove it. Does a person need an actual 57 tag or will they grand father them in?Who is the natpa tech that deals with Case?

Right off the NATPA website:
Tractors 1957 and older or production models that started in 1957

Just go to NATPA.COM and call about anyone on the contact list and they will tell you. Jim

Well I guess I spoke too soon because the 700/800 didn't start until '58. I was thinking of the 900 and I figured they were the same. Sorry I should have checked first.Jim

Well if the production year started in '57 (and they did) you will not have a problem.
