DALTON DAYS TRACTOR PULL
June 30, 2002

The “BLUE OX” pullers will begin weighing-in @ 12 Noon; pulling starts on 2 tracks @ 1:30 PM.
Hook fee: $10.00 each hook; maximum 2 hooks per tractor.
Trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in all classes.
Admission fee $3.00 per person, pullers included; 10 & under are free.

Take Exit 67 from Interstate 94, go 2 miles North on CR # 35 to Dalton.
Pull tracks are on the Lake Region Pioneer Threshermen’s grounds.
Food & handicapped approved restrooms will be available.

Weigh-in starts @ 12 Noon. Pulling will be held on 2 tracks

THE BLUE OX PULLERS

ABBREVIATED REGULATIONS: Complete rules available from judges.
Tractors only with 10 classes for stock, out-of-field tractors and 2-open classes.

1. Hook charge for each pull; 1 pull per class. Maximum of 2 pulls allowed per tractor.
2. Minimum age 12; must have written permission without valid Driver's License.
3. No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances allowed in pulling area before and during pull.
4. All pullers are to provide their own Liability Insurance.
5. Tractor must be in neutral during hook-up and un-hook times.
6. A 1% variation is allowed for weigh-in to determine class selection.
7. No weight changes after weigh-in.
8. Class A, B,C, D up to 3700#; maximum hitch height: 16”. All other classes maximum hitch height: 20". All classes must have 24" minimum distance from center of rear axle to drawbar pull point. 9. Operator must furnish a pin and heavy-duty twisted clevis with 3" or larger opening.
10. No mounted implements allowed.
11. Dual wheels not allowed.
12. All tractors must have brakes that work.
13. Engine RPM may not exceed Manufacturer’s specifications by more than 10%.
14. Maximum speed 4 MPH or flag speed except in open classes. See rule #19.
15. Driver must remain seated at all times during pull.
16. Front end of tractor may not come off the ground more than 18". 17. Re-pull allowed if sled has not traveled more than 50'.
18. Open classes follow all rules except as noted in rule #19.
19. Open class tractors must be stock appearing; no turbos, no V-8’s, etc. Engine RPM’s may be increased and speed limit is increased to 10 MPH.
20. Exhibition pulls may be allowed by the “BLUE OX” pullers.
21. Judges decisions are final. 22. LAKE REGION PIONEER THRESHERMEN cannot be held liable for damages resulting from participation in pulling activities.

YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED IF:
1. A PART OF TRACTOR OR PULL SLED GO OUT OF BOUNDS
2. OPERATOR RISES OFF THE TRACTOR SEAT
3. ANY PART FALLS OFF THE TRACTOR DURING THE PULL
4. STOCK TRACTOR SPEED IS OVER 4 MPH OR OPEN CLASS TRACTOR SPEED IS OVER 10 MPH

I dont go twice to a pull that charges 2 entry fees for pullers! I would defenetly rethink that one!

Pullers ARE your show.Pay to get in?????Better re-think that one .We already pay for our trophys and them some.OT 10.00 a hook is a good price though
