well i learned a few things. need new rubber. all i did was spin on the first hook, pulled the sled 40 inches second. had the front end up, and was starting to move, but i hit some loose gravel, and that was it. going to ditch the loaded tires, and use iron wheel weights. also was only 5100 lbs, with the iron at home. since it was a small club pull they were real lax on rules. you could smell the additives in the air. one guys weights fell off twice, they let it go. wish i had a camera to take pics, so everyone could see what rule violations were all about. nobody cared, and i dont either really, but i can see what they are about, all the winners had cut tires. and you could spot the winners blindfolded, just smell them as you walked by with them idling. there was no inspection really just weight and drawbar height. But it was the most fun i have had in a while, and certainly thew best $10 i have spent in a long time

I think I have you beat. I took a Moline R up to a club pull one time just to play. did pretty good in the farm 3500 class with 119 ft. Considering everything is stock including the drawbar that ws not bad. then just to play some more I got in the 4000 open (lowest they had) What they failed to tell me was that for the open class they let the sheet all the way down on the ground. Needless to say I have the record for the shortest pull. 1ft 3 inches..LOL!!!! But did I have FUN!!!

I know how you fell. I did alomsot the same thing in a 2500lbs class. Last year I could win, this year I got beat by 8ft for 1st, 4 ft for second. Came off line spinning did not back out of the gas, caught traction went to about 80ft then started spinning. I had wrong weight postions, too much air in the tires, under weight. But I guess igt was worth it placed 3rd out of 4 four. Had fun wasted a little money!!!!! !!!!! !!!!!
Don't fell bad it happens to everybody.
