Does pulling from the factory swinging drawbar have an advantage over pulling from the hoop with the plate bolted to it? I guess another way of stating it would be - Does pulling off the center of the tractor give you an advantage over pulling purely from the back?
Neither question really makes sense when you read it, but I hope you can makes sense of it.

I had two tractors pulling, one was under center drawbar the other was in rear, the one in rear hookup would raise front wheels quicker than the drawbar puller. with rear hookup, i needed more weight on front, this doesnt apply to all tractors though. its according to weight distribution and class your pulling, this can be a hard question without going to pulls and seeing what the other tractors like yours is doing. you also have drawbar height to contend with. you shoud get some good answers on this question,
