CAFPC has a 50/50 Shootout Pull scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the Fowler Conservation Club. Weigh-in @ 3:00 & pull @ 5:00. Leroy Nurenberg and I were kicking around the possibility of running more weight classes or speed limits. (Regular CAFPC classes are NOT scheduled earlier that day.) Would some of you be open to 3000#, 4000#, 5000#, and 6000#? Our guests seemed to enjoy the Michigan Shootout in July, so I'm tossing it out there for thought and comment. Thanks again!

Hey Ethan, I talked to Marty today and he thought running classes of 3,500, 4,500, 5,500, and 6,500 classes might go over pretty good. That way some of the tractors could pull in a couple of classes. Coming from a distance for just 1 hook doesn't make much sense. Just a thought. We could move the speed up to 5 MPH but I think we better keep it at that. Let me know what you and AC think. We have a lot of time to jockey some things around.

Thanks, LRN

I forgot to add that my cousin has an R for sale. Says it has good tin, hydraulics and some other things. Shop manuals and original bill of sale. Let me know if you are interested.

That you digger? Nah, they'd never go for turning it loose like that. We fear for the sled. I'd still love to see it though. A score to settle huh? It could be arranged. Fill me in on that model R. 517-243-0617

Hey Ethan, how about no speed limits, Marty and I have a score to settle. And a 4000 would be nice too.
