Clintonia Club has 2 transfer sled pulls scheduled for Sat. Sept. 8th at Eagle Mich and one on Sun. Sept. 9th near the water tower in Fowler Mich. We will be running the usual 4 classes at these 2 pulls. Weigh-in at 9AM pull starts at 11AM. The Sept. 9th pull is not on the schedule.

Also on Sat. Sep 15th we will be hosting a 50/50 transfer sled pull at the home track South of Fowler Mich. at 5PM. In June we had a 2 class 4.5 MPH of 3,800 and 5,800. We are kicking around the idea of possibly doing a 3,500, 4,500, 5,500, and 6,500 @ 5MPH. That way more tractors could pull in 2 weight classes if they wanted. Also we would do a test and tune warm-up at 3PM @$5 per hook just to have some fun or practice for the 50/50 pull. Basicly Div. 3 & 4 tractors could pull in this event. We will post the exact details in the coming days. Jump in here Mopower and AC. If anyone has any questions call me at 989 587 6921. Thanks, LRN

Yes, I have a question! Will Neil Huhn be there this weekend for 5500#? You see, my UB has not been fed lately and you know how grumpy he can be when feeding time rolls around. I'm thinking a nice plate of smoked 88 diesel would satisfy him. Of course the "white meat" M sounds delicious as well. Then again... he hasn't been Deere hunting in a while either.

Yeah, My little Allis went Deere hunting in 4500 at Pewamo...Later at Westphalia, it choked it back up and now is in need of a heart transplant. Moral: Though Deere are an easy target, its like a carp. Fun to Catch, worthless to eat. Haha Leroy! ...AC

Gees you guy's have you no respect for the mighty green and yellow. Just don't make fun of that poor old Case it has a complex already. Neil got my little A in Maple Rapids in 4,500. Of course I thought it was just luck. But I watched him pull in 4,500 at Praireville and he just spanked everybody with 2 1st's and there were some good tractors there. That combining parts from 7 tractors to make 1 might be the way to go. If you and Mopower keep beating up on my equipment I may have to rob the cookie jar and go to work in the shop this winter. I wanted to spend some time in Forida this winter but I might just stay home and wrench and spend money. You guy's have a good one, talk to you later. LRN

I have total respect for Deere. (Cough cough.) Maybe just childhood trama from attempting to pull a 1939 H. At least someone knew the value of casting cylinders in pairs! Even though I have twice as many and they stand upright, yours are much bigger! Even CASE had the right idea with more cubes and less RPM. My GBD required 3 blocks to match your 1 830 block for power. I would enjoy seeing those two face off. My cookie jar is empty but I may have a new 3mph tractor for Springtime.

must have been undercooked or out in the sun too long. never eat green meat. go for digger's red meat tractor. much easier to digest.

I think that Mr. Weber will be there. He is a peskey little fellow and hard to keep away from an event where he knows that an adult beverage will be available.

Thanks, LRN

It's right in Fowler near the water tower. They put a new track in so that we can have a pull at their annual parish picnic starting next summer. The pull on Sept. 9th is part of the 150th celebration being held there. Hope to see you this weekend.

Thanks, LRN
