Must have helmet and safety belt 2. All lights on truck must work 3. must hook from Reese or bumper 4. Must have one inch OD clevis with three inch hole 5. Front weight bars are allowed 6. DOT tires only no studded, no cuts, no chains 7. No altered frames of any kind 8. Must have insurance and legal tags 9. Must have floor in bed of truck 10. Must have brakes on all four corners 11.
