I have a 4010 non turbo on gas. it weighs 5300 with me on it (200#). it has SFI 3 bar rollcage and all. Before we had the cage, we contemplated hollow axles, lightening gears, etc to get down to 5000#. Some of the biggest gains:
Homemade console and dash
Aftermarket radiator
Aluminum brake pad plates
Fiberglass hood and nose piece (4320)
Aftermarket brake master cylinders
Reproduction fenders

BTW It is for sale if interested.

Brad

I know the guy that pulls that thing very well. He calls it a 3410. It has a 3010 rearend with 4010 frame rails. It has a 6620 combine motor in it as well. About every part on that tractor comes from a different tractor.

Get rid of the fuel tank oil cooler and stock radiator. run a fiberglass nose piece. you could also put foam in the rearend. aluminum rims.
