Dont screw up a good head.A 450 gas head will help quite a bit stock the little you will gain by milling is not worth it.Spend a little extra and buy custom pistons and get the compression you want.Besides the hundred or so you save by not milling will help with the pistons.

Measure the thickness at the triangle water ports. Chad

Some places epoxy works, some places it dont. One time, I had a 8060 milled .200, put it on, and ran it for about 3 minutes, pushed the flat area of the head thru the exhaust when it let loose. Huge chunk broke out from being too thin, and it was about .125 thick,,, Milling the heads down alot, you may need to epoxy around some of the triangle ports to put the area surface back into place, they get wider as the material comes off and too much, might start leaking.

Leave behind at least .300 left over, and whatever is beyond that, can be removed, but not recommended to go past the .300 thick point of no return. ChadS

Under normal compression ratios it might be fine. If your running pistons with some serious steps like most do, I'd roll the dice and have fun.
