I received a copy of the Sun-Telegraph from Sidney, NE. It seems to me that Captainhookerus is taking on a new career. The picture shows him hoisted 140 feet in the air standing on top of the cranes safety basket so he could reach a cable which needed fixin! Way to go Ken, You got the flag flying in time for Veterans Day. (Probably a better career move than weighing tires.) ART

Jim I am changing jobs Jan 2nd can't get any time off. I will be working in Friona at the hospital they are paying much better than where I am. I have to be in San Antonio the next weekend. I was planning to be in Wichita till the job change came about. We will most likely move to Friona some time this next year, depends on if we can sell our house here or not.

I did some checking around down here about your tractor and everybody seems to think you have about two to many cylinders. Pull a couple plug wires and see if don't run better. LOL

Gary

Sure not doing Ken justice tonight, this new photo program keeps interfering here, so will post the URL's and you can copy and paste or maybe some one can enlarge these.
Sorry Kenny, this is not what I had planned.

Wonder if he's hiring. Got to be better than this tire weighing. He probably gets hazardous pay don't you expect.

Jim

Ken has been in the Flag Pole Service Business as long as I have known him. I dont know if there is any special training or testing to be an assistant but I did have one apprentice experience. Years ago during the Sterling Co. Pull the wind got ahold of his flag and stated a tear. We took the back up flag and switched them out. I dont remember for sure but I think the one is 40 X 60 and the other is 30 x 50. It takes two guys when that is all folded up and in a rubbermaid trash can to get it into the back of the pickup truck!!! Jeff

Do not have the expertise or technicology at my finger tips but will have the article in my truck at the next pull. Now you will have to come to the pull, tractor or tractorless. HA! HA! ART

5 Star

I think we all need to just begin praying real hard for Jim's tractor and maybe it will change into something green or prairie gold. Then I know it will run better especially if it turns green. LOL

Maybe the tires need weighing again???
