Will 10 CI make a difference in power? This gaining it by overboring not stroking.
Thanks

10 CI in what engine? In an 800 Cube Moline - No.

In a 25 cube lawn mower - yes..

If you're going from cast iron pistons to aluminum, you'll probably gain more from the lighter piston and hopefully you are raising the compression while you're doing it, which will also raise HP. So, YES, if done correctly, it will increase power, but you really need a little more info...

What engine?

10ci wont make any difference you will feel in the seat of the pants. Depending on what you are working on, 2-4HP gain is would I would guess.

We had 2 Ford tractors. A 3cyl. 2000 at 153ci and an 800 at 172ci.A difference of 19ci. You could tell the difference on the bush hog and the plow. The 800 was the 850 model and had the 5 spd. tranny. The 2000 had the 4x2 tranny. 8 spds.fwd.Both gas burners.
