On a H,,, 4000# and 4500. 3500# does not give much room to work with especially if you can only get it down to 3400 with you on it. Ive ran H's steadliy in 5500 mods,,, had great luck and won alot of classes,,,, till the constant mesh gears broke a tooth off. Running 3rd gear at 5500 in a H seems to put a little stress on the drive train,,,, well it was a worn out tranny,,,,, LOL!! fixed it up,,,, ran fine as long as I wasnt doing something stupid to break it. And yep,, I did break it again,,, but like I said,, I did something stupid with it and popped the whole differential! So now, its built back up, just waiting to put the engine all back together again. I dont anticipate any drive train failure this time round,,,, and targeted to run this H from 4000-5500 4mph classes. Against the M's. Chad

The 4500lbs class is as heavy as you want to go . Any heavyer class and then your pulling against "Ms" and others .

Pull in the lightest class that is as close to your total weight as possible [ all weights on ] . Tune to this weight class. When you pull lighter hold on .
