FOR THE ONES OF YOU THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT THE MEAN GREEN WITH THE HELP OF JOHN BENNETT, STACY HAMILTON AND BEN SHUTE PULLED OFF ONE OF THE BEST PULLS THAT HAS BEEN HAD AT WINONA YET. I WAS SURPRISED AT THE STATES WE HAD REPRESENTED TEXAS, LOUSIANNA, ARKANSAS, MISSOURI,KENTUCKY, TENNESSE, AND OF COURSE MISSISSIPPI. I WANT TOTHANK ALL THE PULLERS FOR MAKING THIS A GOOD PULL.

AND OF COURSE I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE FACT 'GERTRUDE THE MIGHTY M' TOOK 3 FIRST PLACES AND WON BACK MORE THAN THE ENTRY FEES THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED I'M SAVING THE WINNINGS TILL SATURDAY WHEN 'GERTRUDE' IS GOING TO BOONEVILLE TO SEE WHAT SHE CAN GET INTO THERE.

I would like to thank the ones who supported the pull at Winona. It would not have been possible without the help of our sponsors. the help of Stacy Hamilton and Ben Shute was greatly appreciated. We will save the receipt for the pull and cook it the same way next year with out many changes. I want to thank Sonny Daniels for the good barbecue supper and his announcing, you did a great job with both.
P.S. Sweeper looked like he had been swept. didn't he Jeff.

Had a great time at Winona, got to visit with pullers from other states and got spanked by the Midnight Milkman. (I made him work for it)

We wanted thank all the Mean Green bunch and let them know what a great pull at Winona this week-end was. Also to let Sonny and everyone that helped make the great meal on Friday night. It was well worth the 350 miles or so for the supper and most of all to be able to pull with the MEAN GREEN TEAM but I would have to say the best of all was being able to sweep the "SWEEPER" out the door two out of three times. Hope to see ya"ll again at some Hillside Farms Pulls thanks again for the great time
