Oliver 77 hubs are the correct diameter. I have a set on my H. They only have one key which is fine, but it is too wide to fit the H. I narrowed the key with a grinder fitted with a narrow cut-off wheel.

Do you need a one made for a keyed axle? If so what's the axle size?

You can use Oliver 77 hubs. I am building a 350 right now and I have a set of 77 hubs in the mail somewhere. I have also heard that hubs from a 44 massey will work.
