Had a bad experiance with Merfeld.WhenI first started pulling sent him my crank and rods and the money to do the job,"my biggest mistake".WhenI sent them he said he would have them back to me within a month.A year later he still hadnt done the job.Of course he did cash the check.Ended up having to drive to his shop,he wasnt there, and talking to his parents about the situation.Got my parts within two weeks. He did do quality work, its the other nonsense I could have done without.

Alans new number is (816)628-0057 Hes real slow, I sent him crank, rods and cam on August 9 2007 and still don"t have a cam yet. I would try Jeff Asbury at Murphys Motor Service in Hallsville, Mo. his number is (573)696-3655

Not sure what his new number is. Depending on what you need, someone on here may have it as well.
