I bored mine to 4.25 and kept the same stroke with factory rods. I am running a set of flat tops from Murphy's Motor service and paid about $500 for them. They were cut from Aries blanks and are very light weight for such a large piston.

Jeff at Murphys should have the demensions on mine. Email you and I can give you more info on what to tell Jeff so he can pull up the part.

Yep, It has been up and running several months now. I ended up with a full manual 4L80 behind it. Got it fueled up where it is nice to drive now and I am lovin" it.

Chevy Big Block pistons are 4.25, you can get them with a big dome, You have to lengthen the rods or stroke the crank.

I can make you new ones of whatever you want. Tell me what you need for CH, Pin dia, dome, valve relief, etc. Around $600
