I was just woundering if any of you guys were planing on cutting back pulling this summer because of the high fuel prices?

well I'm making payments on a truck and trailer so i can go tractor pulling, I get 8mpg because i like to go tractor pulling..... .so no I'm not planning on cutting back, if i do i might as well sell the truck and trailer and hang it up then go buy myself a little rice burner

Diesel, maybe the clubs should start allowing 3-4 hooks per tractor. I'd imagine that there will be a reduction in pullers due to the high costs. Or maybe more people just hitting the local spots. If you increase the # of hooks, it helps keep the $$$ coming in.

It has a chance to slow me down.. scary. At 4 bucks a gallon it cost's me a buck a mile when I take my big truck with 3 tractors on back.

Guys congress is trying to pass a 50 cent a gallon tax on all fuels in the name of a carbon credit tax. This is getting real crazy.
