Has anyone out there tried a tubular style manifold on an M , I see that Dennys offers one , was wondering if it is worth the $ , or is there a better one to buy and who to get it from

I built one of my own for my tractor. You can use mandrel bends to fab up your own.

I used 3/8" plate for the mating surfaces. I cut the main plate, bolted it in place, and fabbed up the rest from weld els and mandrel bends. Probably took 8 hours to complete.

I have read in the past on this site that if your engine isn't stroked, don't waste your money. Find a 3 rib manifold, or LP manifold.

When I purchased my M motor from Paul Marlatt he said he thought it was the best header for the money but that was about three years ago.Good luck. Wildman
