Does anyone have a schedule of events for the show at Homestead next weekend? Our daughter is going to bring grandson down to go with us and if they have a parade, I'd like to get there in time to see it with him, and then go to Ox Yoke for dinner. I told the wife she better call and make reservations so we don't have to wait forever to get to eat. Looking forward to a great show. Homestead, Ia. part of the Amana Colonies for those that don't know. Thanks, Chris

Don't you fellas forget that the Allis Connection group puts on a display on the other end of main street. Great bunch of folks there. Their parades are at the same time so you can watch Allis's going one way and MM going the other. I hope the wife remembers where I like to go on Father's Day. Be wearing a Whispering Oak Farm hat.

in my MM magazine, the flyer for this show list the parade starting at 1pm each day and show grounds open from 8-5. i have never been over there, so think i might take a little drive.

If I remember right they start lining up for the parade about lunch time. Parade both days, other than that the only scheduled event is the banquet on saturday night.

Gonna try and make it over to the show.

How will I know who you guys are?

I will wear a IH hat. So ask who I am if you see a guy that looks out of place it may be me.

Gary

Gary, I'm a little over 6 ft, 240#, glasses, 55. Oliver hat, Red Man in pocket and a 18 month old blonde kid that will probably be having a fit because he wants to ride on every tractor there. This is going to be a blast or a major pain, don't know which. Grandson was here last weekend and fell in love with tractors, wants to get on all of them and go for ride. Don't know how he will get along just looking, guess we will find out. Will look for you there. Chris

Hi Gary.
Do I look for a guy whom our friend Allen says is built like a Holstein bull? Ha Ha. I don't know yet if I am going or not. I have missed the last two shows. 6 Ft. 300 pound pair of striped overalls with a big nose and glasses and cap.
Charley.
