Boring the cylinders will not give you "that much" power (volumetric) increase! And, stroking will most likely weaken the crank (No, stroking is not the same as grinding .060 undersize, which does not weaken the crank).

There are things that I have helped do to JD "G" engines for the purpose of increasing horsepower in antique pulling tractors... but I do not know if the same things are applicable to the JD "B"! Such things as... increasing compression by doming (adding material to) the pistons (if they are aluminum pistons); increasing valve head diameters, while modifying the seats and ports behind the valves (thus increasing air flow), cylinder boring the common intake throat of the head to a larger diameter, matching and modifying the intake/exhaust manifolds.... things that are experimental but proven to work.

If you really need that much power increase in a "B"..get a Power Block..!! NOT a Stroker..!! You can only get the "B" Head to flow so much air and if you stroke it, it will only make Power at a lower RPM because of it... The 5" Power Block will make a Large difference.!
And will take the breathing to the LIMIT...!! The Design of a "B" is built around the rated RPM, and if that is changed (RPM Lowered), then the flywheel weight will have to be re-calculated to get the best out of it (NOT Balance, Inertia). I imagine "B" axles are getting expensive now..?? Get some, you will be breaking a few...!!
