I have tried to do a conversion from 6 volt to 12 volt on an Allis Chalmers WD45 older tractor. All is done but now won't start. Need a diagram

All is not done or it would start!!
Presumably, you have fuel and it is an ignition (spark) problem?
As we do not know what you have actually done, it is difficult to suggest a solution.
If you are using the original coil you will need a suitable ballast resistor in series in the supply. These are normally bypassed at start position on the starter switch for better spark energy at cold cranking voltage from the battery.
If you have used a 12 volt coil, a ballast resistor in the circuit would not be appropriate.
If you subject a 6 volt coil to 12 volt supply for too long, you might fry it or even burn up the contact points.
From your post I haven't really a clue as to whether you have fitted a different generator, regulator, or even changed polarity with an alternator generator, whether you have changed anything on the ignition side, or what. Don't forget to change any bulbs to 12 volt rating and don't foget to fit 12 spark plugs at the same time (OK - just joking!!).

I assume you now have a positive ground system. The wire going into the coil needs to be hooked to the + side.
