I have seen this tractor also and here is the reply I got, sounds legit and sounds haert brakeing with all the mispeled words. I have dealt with ebay on a scam years ago and I can tell you even with all the protection ebay says they have once you send the money it will take you years to recover those funds. His feedback profile looks great, but I will err on the side of no thanks, especially out of europe,england

The tractor is in perfect condition,with no scarches on it,no dammage.The price for the tractor New Holland TC48A 4wd with shipping included, is 3000$. The tractor had to be a present for my brother as he loves this very much ,but he did not enjoy it as he died in a car accident 2 month ago.It brings very bad memories for me ,so here is it,I want to get rid of it as my mother also can not stend looking at this tractor.Here people wont pay this amount for a tractor as they prefer to buy a car for this money,so here it is.....
All the manuals and the original documents are in English.It is made for US market and has US specs on it . The buyer will receive this along with all papers and recipts ! that he needs to register it in his name.
It has a Clear Title and it is in Showroom Condition.
The tractor is in Europe,England and it will be shipped from here.

My friend bought a Bobcat skid steer off of Ebay almost 2 yrs. ago. A week later the Sheriffs office is knocking on his door. Turns out the Bobcat had been stolen. They caught the guy and my buddy has not seen any part of the $13,000 he paid for it. Since the crime was out of state the DA could care less about my friend and his loss of money. Be sure to research serial #'s when buying equipment over the internet.
