Dont have any exact numbers but you should see something around 1-3 ohms between the neg and pos terminals and 8k -12k ohms or something really high, between the neg terminal and the center post where the hot stuff comes out.

Easiest way is to see what kind of spark they generate. Hook it up with batt terminal going to battery + and spark plug threads wired to battery -. Hold a wire between the coil - terminal and battery - for a second, then lift the wire. You should get a srtong blue spark. A further test would be to heat the coil up to about 250 degrees in the oven and try the test again.
