Depending on the temperatures where you are it could be some frozen condensation ( ice crystals ) moving through the system. If after working the system for a while and warming up the fluid it works better it might be time to check the fluid. If it is milky another drain and refill will be in order.

Most often caused by 3pt lift cyl piston leak. Hitch senses drop and tries to maintain position. Put implement on 3pt, raise and see how long it takes to drop when tractor is shut down. If it drops before a few hours, most likely piston seals. Can be caused by hitch height adjustment off also I think.

Sounds like the rings or seals in the hydraulic pump need to be replaced if you are asking about the lift arms bouncing as they are being raised or holding under some amount of load.

Most of the time that is caused by being low on fluid or air in the system. Make sure its full and then cycle it all the way on all cylinders a few times.
