A driver is stuck in a traffic jam on the highway. Nothing is moving.

Suddenly a man knocks on the window. The driver rolls down his window and asks, "What happened?"

"Terrorists kidnapped President Bush and are asking for a $10 million ransom otherwise they are going to douse him with gasoline and set him on fire. We are going from car to car to take up a collection."

The driver asks, "How much is everyone giving on average?"

"About a gallon."

The gas joke is pretty bad.Something about Bush on tv making a commercial for the war using a bunch of captains to field pre-practiced questions and who gets the mike etc.Pretty lame propaganda if you ask me.Most Americans now feel his time in has been pretty lame.

Here is another one in reply to supergrumpy, 10-13-2005 09:14:46
George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld are flying on Air Force One. Bush turns to Cheney and says, chuckling,"You know, I could throw a $1000 bill out the window right know and make someone very happy."

Cheney shrugs and replies, "Well, I could throw ten $100 bills out the window and make ten people happy."

Not to be outdone, Rumsfeld says, "Well I could throw a hundred $10 bills out the window and make a hundred people happy."

The pilot rolls his eyes and says to his co-pilot, "Such arrogant asses back there. Hell I could throw them all out the window and make millions of people happy."

That one was told NINE YEARS ago, and OFTEN! The names were different though. Come to think of it, Monica wasn't offering free money either!

Well I was/am a Bush person. Iwill admit that he hasn't delevered the way I had hoped/expected lately. However, I MUCH PREFER HIM TO KERRY. No comparison here. I don't want to even think about hilery.

When Bush was first running/elected this board was ready to fight if something bad was said about Bush. Now that we"re into the second term and everything is screwed up from the economy to disasters to the hundreds killed in Iraq monthly, there is a luke warm defense of him. There are the few die hards that defend him completely.I guess they think somebody is waiting at their door to take their pickup and guns.

Bush is conservative? HA

If he doesn't do better than he is now, it might just be a cake walk for the former first lady.

Hey, just be glad you are not the president; cause then you'd be taking the blame for everything that goes wrong. Some people just got to sneeze and blame on it somebody. I think the entire Congress is to blame, both parties. No harm intended, but sit back and take a good look.

The blame lies on the 51% of the country that voted him in. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. He has still got plenty of time to make it worse, uhh I mean better.
