accident in the woods !!

thu. a very close friend of mine was hurt in the woods when a log they were trying to load in the truck got away and he fell trying to get away from it. it landed on him with him on his side and broke his pelvis in 5 places. he is scheduled for surgery early this week. just a reminder to everyone be extra careful when doing anything all it takes is a split second for things to go wrong. Were all praying for ya phil . mike j

Mike, Glad that your friend wasn`t hurt any worse than he was. It sounds like it could have been a lot worse. Thanks for the heads up, you never know when something could go wrong on a job.

Been in them situation, hurt bad. Seen it, so quich sometimes, feeling the pain either way ain"t easy.

What a drag, especially in the holiday season. I wish him well, my thoughts and prayers. Had that happen with a friend of mine that got in a skidoo accident a couple of years ago, broke her pelvis in nine pieces, but she mean as h**l and made a quick recovery (4-5 months) and now back to kickin' A and takin' names, hope the same for your friend.
