I have quite a few 55 gallon plastic drums and have decided to use them for various liquid storage. Does anyone know where I can get the screw in plugs that go in the lid?

I have some of each the pipe thread and the "coarser" buttrus thread ( there may be two styles of these.). If used ones are good enough for you, depending on where you are you can have them.
Send me an e-mail or post your e-mail address if you are interested.

Look in the yellow pagers for drum reconditoners, containers or packaging. The coarse thread is called a Buttress plug.

Most are standard pipe thread (NPT) so any off the shelf 2" plug or valve will fit.
