It's the "Microsoft Picture-It 2002" program. I'm sure there are updated versions, but this what I have gotten used to.

Hey, thanks that is it after I saw it ..I got a new pc back late last year and I had been doing cancer treatments and for the life of me I couldn't remeber what it was called so I could put it on my new pc...when I saw how you did the edges that is how I use to do mine I knew it was the one..thanks a million...Jr

That's just about as pretty as a picture! How did you get the nice pink border around it? Don't show it to the Mrs.- by the time you're done, you'll have a hundred bucks in an 11 X 16 blowup and a glitzy frame. Its never a good idea to take that good of pictures of horses.
