Dynahoe on ebay

I am looking into buying my first backhoe for use on a hilly property. Lots of work to do.

Although very skillful mechanically, and love older technology, I am a bit concerned about older machines. Eveything I have read ... on the internet...indicates that these machinesa are indestructable or completely repairable, so I am considering purchasing the beast currently on Ebay.

I would like to know if the wear items, primarily pins and bushes are available and does the just machine "wear out" like a modern machine?

Can I also assume that the drive line parts, engine, trans, hubs, brakes are all available?

Also, is there a good supply of parts out there, who and where?

BTW, does anyone know this machine?

I live on the west coast, and would like to find a good machine out here, but in need now.

Regards,
Marc

A Dynahoe is a big heavy beast of a machine, almost indestructible for sure, but expensive for parts and they would be hard to find anyway, also a bear to transport from where the E-bayer has it. I'd keep my eye out for a Deere or Case or Ford locally, they would be a little smaller, and ewasier to keep in repair. .
