I was walking up to the house when I began to wonder what the dog found and dragged up as a present. When I opened the garage door it was worse and there was the realization that taking 10 minutes to candle the turkey eggs in the incubator would have been a good idea. That one egg went off like a grenade and pretty much coated everything inside.I don't think I've been around anything that nasty since the kids were house broken.

Yup, we used to take the old goose eggs when we were younger, and throw them like grenades. Not at eachother though, just at the cats and as far as we could. They were fun to throw!

When my boys were 11 and 8 they found a clutch of old eggs the hens had left and decided to have an egg fight with them, they took a batch in the horse trough before they got close to the house. I dont know how they could stand the smell themselves, dogs wouldnt even lap it up

I have been around bad eggs myself and they don't smell good at all. In the 60's I was stationed in the Phillipines. These people take eggs that have a chicken inside, and let them get rotten, and eat the darn things. I imagine that don't smell good either. Stan

They're called Balut. And they're duck eggs. And ya gotta be REAL drunk to eat one.

Don't ask me how I know..."8^(

I have 4 easter ducks left over from 2 years a go. The 3 hens have been setting on htere eggs and I guess the male is not fertile. That new lab puppy busts them open and it is horrible. No where you are coming from.
