Just stepped out to pee and already the wind is coming up. Gonna be another blister. Gotta go check the bossies water supply and then load up for our tractor Show in N Platte. Show is Sat & Sun featuring John Deere. Of course I don't have no green tractors but am going to take the yellow IH 330 so at least he will fit in!

Dry now, but it was 34 years ago today that Rapid City, SD had 12 inches of rain in 6 hours. 238 people lost their lives in the resulting flooding.

Yes, I am waay up north, but, I was down in Waupoton ND today and it was raining hard down there clear up to Detroit Lakes. Then Drizzle to just south of the farm, NOTHING.. Had 3 areas with water over the road, and several hayfields with hay on the ground and raining hard. Felt bad just driving by. Have a weather of your choice day.. Bob

Hope you can send some this way- even though we were terribly wet not too many weeks ago, the wind and heat of Memorial Day really stressed here. If the crop roots go down 6 inches, they will be ok, but it's a stretch now. That's farming, right? Hope your weeds in the hay works out for you, wit spray or other!.

Mornin"--showers here in central Ia this mornin" took this week off to pour cement in the new shop-- set up for 3:00 this afternoon--guess we can pour inside if it"s rainin"--Maytag announced it will close next fall 2007--I am now the CEO of Hobbs Repair (also the Janitior) have a good one Dave

I'm just heading out the door too. Don't think it will be as hot today, but still a stinker.

Oh yeah, no chance of rain here. The G went to TN a year ago. Real nice man, met him at RPRU last year.
