Where can I find a carburetor rebuild kit for a Massey-Harris 101 super? It has the Chrysler engine and the carburetor is a Schebler TRX 22. Thanks.

No TRX 22 carb nor a TSX 22 so get the right number off carb first but should not be a problem as most universal TSX kits should work. MH 101 shows to have used a M/S TSX-28 or TSX-155 and both use the same kits I see for Zenith K75705 kit like I keep. NAPAs have carb kits and tractor supplies. The Zenith universal replacement carb is a 12522 for it.

Thanks for the reply. I got the number off of the tag next to the choke lever and it does read TRX 22. I don't believe this is the original engine in this tractor. The serial number on the block is unreadable and I've tried everything short of tearing the motor down to try and figure it out. Some carb shops list a rebuilt TRX 22 for sale so I know they exist. Just don't know what application they fit. Thanks JM

Ok, I found the TRX carb listed like you are talking about but no kit numbers and if you found other shops that have carbs like that rebuilt better contact them for a rebuild kit. That's a older obsolete model and you aren't going to get a kit for it from NAPA or tractor supplies and I don't have kits for it. One place that might have kits is thecarburetorshop.com but don't expect their parts to be cheap. The other TSX numbers are carbs that will work on the 101 and were listed for it in a later Marvel Schebler / Zenith catalog. I really doubt Zenith even has kits for your TRX ? zenithfuelsystems.com

None of my catalogs list any carb number starting with the TRX, are you sure that R isn't an S since that is the normal letter in the carb numbering system?? I also just loked from Allis all the way to Oliver and didn't find any carbs with the nuber TSX22 in any of the tractor companys

This site, valuebilt, a AGCO dealer since they now own Massey, any good farm and home. The nice thing about the M-S carbs is that there is really only about 10 kits for them but they fit 100 carbs. Or in other words there are only a few sizes of carb as far as bolt pattern and because of that a basic kit will fit a good number of differant carbs.
