I don't mean to be a spoil sport but be sure to get plenty of seat time running on foam-filled tires in YOUR real-world conditions before you spend your hard-earned dollars on having this done. Beg, borrow or...well no, don't steal one to use for awhile, but once it's done, it can't realistically be undone. And you can't believe how back-breakingly bumpy a field (or unpaved driveway) is until you don't have AIR in the tires. Neither can you believe how absolutely helpless a tractor can be when the ground gets greasy (wet, snowy or ?) and the tires (with no air) can't conform to the surface. Or how lumpy the ride is on a smooth road after they've taken a set in the cold. Just one man's hard-learned experience.

Go to a tire shop that deals in industrial and/or farm tires and if they can"t get it done they will know where you can.

we had our skid loader tires loaded with a liquid urethane from the local fs ag dealer. they put tubes in the tires because the liquid sets and you have to cut the tire off the rim when they wear out. the tires wont go flat. i think it added 3 or 4 hundred pounds to each tire.

I know that Gemplers had foam that you could buy and put in your tires.
