I think this article has beeen on ebay for the last 3 months posted by different guys. I origannaly wanted it as it stated it was a 1970 year, ( the year I was born) so I went rather high, kept getting bid up some one else, to the point it was far more than it was ever gonna be worth. I quit bidding. I have seen the same ad now 2 or 3 more times. Think it may be a scam? I would like to get a hold of one from 1970 for my own reasons

Have you taken note of who the bidders are? If at least a few of the bidders are the same each time, it probably is a scam, and needs to be reported to ebay. Shill bidding is supposed to be against ebay policy, but I think in some cases ebay actually supports it.

I suppose they printed thousands of them. Not surprising a few would show up.
